La tienda del Ch\u00e2teau tambi\u00e9n cierra durante este periodo y no organizamos visitas ni degustaciones.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pero la buena noticia es que la casa rural est\u00e1 abierta y hay muchas cosas divertidas que hacer en la zona, as\u00ed que te damos la bienvenida.<\/span><\/p><h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Reservas<\/b><\/h3><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Casa Rural Ch\u00e2teau Gort se puede reservar a trav\u00e9s del m\u00f3dulo de reservas de la p\u00e1gina web: www.chateaugort-wijntoerisme.nl\/gite. El pago se realiza directamente durante la reserva, m\u00e9todos de pago disponibles: iDeal, PayPal y tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito. El pago se procesa a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma de pago Mollie. La confirmaci\u00f3n de la reserva se enviar\u00e1 a vuelta de correo electr\u00f3nico.<\/span><\/p><h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Condiciones generales<\/b><\/h3><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Pago<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los pagos se realizan durante el procedimiento de reserva, m\u00e9todos de pago disponibles: iDeal, PayPal y tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito. Cualquier extra se liquidar\u00e1 a la salida (pin o efectivo).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span>El dep\u00f3sito de llaves es de 100 euros y se abona directamente al efectuar la reserva. 7 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de su estancia el dep\u00f3sito ser\u00e1 devuelto a su cuenta.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Pol\u00edtica de anulaci\u00f3n<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La casa rural Ch\u00e2teau Gort es una casa rural peque\u00f1a, por lo que nos resulta muy molesto que cancele su reserva. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En caso de anulaci\u00f3n, aplicamos las siguientes condiciones<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">- 100% reembolso hasta 4 semanas antes de la fecha de llegada;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">- 50% reembolso hasta 2 semanas antes de la fecha de llegada;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">- No se admiten devoluciones si faltan 2 semanas para la fecha de llegada o si no se avisa con antelaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lamentablemente, no es posible efectuar reembolsos en caso de salida anticipada. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le recomendamos que contrate usted mismo un seguro de viaje y anulaci\u00f3n adecuado.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Casa Rural Ch\u00e2teau Gort puede anular el contrato de reserva en caso de fuerza mayor, cat\u00e1strofe natural, condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas extraordinarias, incendio, fallecimiento del propietario o de un familiar cercano y hospitalizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Llegada y salida<\/b><b><br \/><\/b>Es posible registrarse entre las 16:00 y las 19:00 en el Ch\u00e2teau Gort &amp; Gort.<br \/>Si no hay otra opci\u00f3n y tiene previsto llegar m\u00e1s tarde, env\u00ede un correo electr\u00f3nico a visite@chateaugort.fr con antelaci\u00f3n o llame a Meriam al +31 6 42 83 04 04 para acordarlo.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Previo acuerdo, puede depositar sus pertenencias antes.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el momento del check-in, el titular de la reserva rellena la Fiche d'H\u00f4tel, un formulario de registro obligatorio del gobierno franc\u00e9s que pide el nombre, el lugar y la fecha de nacimiento, la nacionalidad y los datos de contacto del titular de la reserva.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Salida antes de las 10 de la ma\u00f1ana;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Eso tambi\u00e9n significa entregar las llaves. La fianza se devolver\u00e1 en su cuenta unos 7 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de la salida. Aseg\u00farate de que el horno, el frigor\u00edfico, el congelador, el lavavajillas, la lavadora y la secadora est\u00e1n vac\u00edos, y de que la basura est\u00e1 ordenada en los cubos correspondientes de la cocina. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a1C'est tout! Nosotros hacemos el resto de la limpieza.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Llaves de dep\u00f3sito<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al registrarse, los hu\u00e9spedes recibir\u00e1n las llaves de la casa rural Ch\u00e2teau Gort.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como dep\u00f3sito, el hu\u00e9sped paga 100 euros al reservar la estancia.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A la salida, el hu\u00e9sped devolver\u00e1 las llaves a Meriam o a otro miembro del equipo de Gort &amp; Gort; para ello estaremos presentes en la casa rural el d\u00eda de la salida. El dep\u00f3sito ser\u00e1 devuelto a la cuenta del cliente aproximadamente 7 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de la salida. En caso de p\u00e9rdida, rotura o no devoluci\u00f3n de las llaves, el hu\u00e9sped perder\u00e1 la fianza.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Normativa interna<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La casa rural Ch\u00e2teau Gort tiene una serie de normas de la casa:<\/span><\/p><ul style=\"text-align: left;\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reembolso<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si el hu\u00e9sped la l\u00eda parda y, en el peor de los casos, tenemos que pedirle que se marche, no podemos reembolsarle el resto de la estancia.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mascotas<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los perros son bienvenidos. Puede traer a su fiel amigo de cuatro patas a la casa rural, por lo que se cobrar\u00e1 un suplemento de limpieza de 50 \u20ac por reserva.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fumar<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No est\u00e1 permitido fumar en las instalaciones. Tampoco deje colillas en el suelo, en la calle o en el jard\u00edn. Ap\u00e1guelas correctamente y t\u00edrelas al cenicero o a la papelera.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Molestias<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La casa rural Ch\u00e2teau Gort est\u00e1 situada en una peque\u00f1a calle con vecinos muy queridos; por lo tanto, tenga cuidado de no hacer demasiado ruido fuera de la casa rural. Asimismo, para no perturbar su tranquilidad, le rogamos que no conduzca por toda la calle. Si es necesario, puede dejar su equipaje en la casa rural y luego retroceder por el mismo camino hasta el aparcamiento. Tenga cuidado de no caer en la cuneta.\u00a0<br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recibir visitas<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esto s\u00f3lo se permite previa consulta y con el permiso del equipo de Gort &amp; Gort.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le rogamos que no saque muebles ni otros objetos al exterior.<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin embargo, est\u00e1 permitido utilizar vasos, platos, cubiertos y manteles en el exterior.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se proporcionan extintores y botiqu\u00edn de primeros auxilios<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hay extintores en la cocina, el vest\u00edbulo y el pasillo de ambas plantas. El botiqu\u00edn est\u00e1 colgado en el armario de la escalera, junto a los utensilios de limpieza.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sostenible<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la Casa Rural Ch\u00e2teau Gort amamos la naturaleza y nos esforzamos por tratarla lo mejor posible. Separamos los residuos, \u00bfnos ayudas? <br \/><br \/><\/span>Los cubos de basura se encuentran en la cocina. El cart\u00f3n, las latas y el pl\u00e1stico pueden depositarse juntos en el contenedor de reciclaje, los residuos org\u00e1nicos en el contenedor de residuos biodegradables, el vidrio en el contenedor de botellas y el resto de residuos en el contenedor designado.<\/li><\/ul><ul style=\"text-align: left;\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acceso y cierre<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Casa Rural Ch\u00e2teau Gort es toda suya durante su estancia, s\u00f3lo estamos presentes en la Casa Rural durante el check-out. Si no se encuentra en las inmediaciones de la casa rural, le rogamos que cierre puertas y ventanas. El seguro no cubre los da\u00f1os en caso de robo. Los bienes de la Casa Rural Ch\u00e2teau Gort perdidos por su culpa, lamentablemente tenemos que recuperarlos de usted.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aparcamiento<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se puede aparcar al principio de la calle, junto a los contenedores de basura. Si es necesario, puede dejar el equipaje en la casa rural y luego retroceder por el mismo camino hasta el aparcamiento; \u00a1tenga cuidado de no caer en la zanja! <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La casa rural Ch\u00e2teau Gort se encuentra en una calle estrecha que compartimos con nuestros queridos vecinos franceses. Para no perturbar su tranquilidad, le rogamos que no conduzca por toda la calle. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aparque bajo su propia responsabilidad.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Responsabilidad<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los hu\u00e9spedes de la Casa Rural Ch\u00e2teau Gort son responsables de la seguridad de los ni\u00f1os y los animales dom\u00e9sticos que lleven consigo. Esto se aplica tanto al interior de la casa rural como al exterior, como el jard\u00edn, la terraza y el parque infantil.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Casa Rural Ch\u00e2teau Gort se compromete a tomar las medidas adecuadas tras informar de las molestias causadas por los hu\u00e9spedes.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfSe ha roto algo? Si es as\u00ed, informe de ello al equipo de Gort &amp; Gort lo antes posible.
