Château Gort & Gort processes the following personal data of its guests: first and last name, telephone number, e-mail address and other data that allow us to make our guests' stay as pleasant as possible.

Château Gort & Gort processes these personal data for the following purposes: contact prior, during and shortly after the stay, sending a newsletter.

Château Gort & Gort also processes personal data for which there is a legal obligation. The Fiche d'Hôtel to be completed on arrival (name, place and date of birth, nationality and contact details) is kept for six months. Data are also kept for tax payment purposes.

Château Gort & Gort will not retain personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data are collected or to which we are obliged by law. The Fiche d'Hôtel registration form should be kept for six months; after that it will be destroyed.

Château Gort & Gort only provides information to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with the guests or to comply with a legal obligation.
