From Monday to Friday, there is a comprehensive tour with wine tasting. The tour starts at 3pm and it lasts about 2 hours. We tell all about our vineyards, visit the barrel cellar and taste the Château's finest wines.
We have kept the cost of a guided tour with tasting of 4 wines as low as possible: €20 per person. Please book in advance, however:
There is room for up to 15 visitors per tour. You can also come alone or as a couple, and join other visitors. Would you like to come with a larger group? Feel free to send us an e-mail and we will be happy to make a separate appointment.
Saturday, Sunday and during harvest the Château is closed
The Château cannot be visited, the shop is closed and tours and wine tastings are not organised. The harvest usually falls somewhere between the second week of September and the second week of October.
When booking 7 nights, you get a 1-night discount.
Prices include made beds and towels, bottle of wine on arrival, final cleaning, tourist tax and of course an extensive tour with wine tasting at Château Gort & Gort for all guests.
Coming with small children? Cosy! On request, we can provide an extra cot (€50) and/or a cot (€50).
Dogs are also warmly bienvenue. You may bring your faithful four-legged friend to the Gîte, for which an additional €50 cleaning fee will be charged per booking. There will be a sleeping place, food bowls and some treats for him.
