As a Tourism & Hospitality Assistant, you will be the right-hand man of winemaker's daughter-in-law and castle vintner Meriam Last. The work is varied and seasonal: in summer it is busier than in winter, but on average you will work 35 hours a week. 

Your duties will include:

• Running the wine shop
• Managing the holiday homes
• Giving tours and wine tastings
• Supporting wine courses
• Occasionally preparing breakfasts, dinners and drinks boards 
• Creating content for newsletters and social media
• Assisting during harvesting and, if necessary, wine production

Above all, you ensure a warm welcome and an unforgettable experience for our guests. In time, the aim is for you to organise and run (much of) tourism independently.
